i say no need..






..to fry one for nice mee goreng..

let me show you a more healthier way of cooking mee goreng without needing a wok..

first, get yourself a packet of sambal udang pan mee goreng as shown..

then add about 400ml hot boiling to ceramic bowl, throw in an omega-3/DHA/zero cholesterol egg and then the noodles..


now put the bowl into microwave oven for exactly 3 minutes..

once cooked, take out bowl and drain away all the water.. be careful not to scald your fingers with hot water..

now add the condiments that come in the pack..make sure to stir & toss gently and thoroughly for the flavor to be infused completely..

then transfer the noodles onto a plate and serve... wah lah..!! mouth-watering isn't it?
