hot hot hot ah...

i feel so heaty these past few days...hmmm..must be the HRF and magic pill burning away all my fat...my weight stabilising..need to push harder at the gym tonite, aiming for 75kg !

..wah, so proud of meself lately..

anyway, the terminator movie was so so only..a lot of machines fighting the humans..tonite i shall be fighting the gym machines..haha. And... for lunch today, i had HRF blended with extra2 crispy korean seaweed (which wasnt crispy anymore after that...) and malt syrup..tasty tasty..

oh ya..this morning when i got out to go to work, it was so hazy i thought,..wah liao eh, is it autumn or winter oredi ah? except the air was so acridly smelly and the humidity stuck onto me and hitched a ride to my office..basket..these people just like to burn burn burn. i hope the fire they started burn their backsides too along with everything and anything precious to them..oops i just made a curse..
